Account access

During the private founder preview, public registration is closed. BankTalker support will never ask for a password, verification code, full account number, card number, or bank credentials by text or phone.

Lost or reassigned phone

If a verified phone is lost, stolen, reassigned, or compromised, stop using SMS for financial questions and secure the account from a trusted device. Contact the mobile carrier and financial institution directly for emergencies involving their services.
